From our headquarters in Amsterdam, we serve over a million users across Europe—empowering them to buy, sell, and manage digital assets with ease, trust, and transparency.As we scale across Europe, design is a core part of how we build trust, differentiate from competitors, and bring our brand to life across every customer touchpoint—from campaigns and sponsorships to app interfaces and brand experiences.What You’ll Be DoingCreative ExecutionDesign campaign assets, event materials, sponsorship activations, and brand content across digital and offline channels.Apply and evolve Bitvavo’s brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and quality across all outputs.Explore and experiment with new formats—such as motion, 3D, and generative AI—when relevant.Collaboration & DeliveryWork closely with senior brand designers, campaign managers, and content strategists to bring creative concepts to life.Partner with performance marketing and product teams to adapt designs across touchpoints while maintaining brand integrity.Coordinate with external production partners and freelancers when needed.Brand Development & SystemsContribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, templates, and toolkits.Help monitor trends and competitor visuals to keep the brand fresh and competitive.What We Look For3–5 years of experience in brand or visual design, preferably in a tech or consumer-facing environment.A good portfolio showcasing campaign, digital, and brand identity work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects (or similar).Familiarity or interest in motion design, 3D tools (Cinema4D, Blender), and generative AI tools.Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and craft.Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to different projects and stakeholders.Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.Nice to HaveExperience in fintech, crypto, or other regulated industries.Exposure to motion design, 3D, or generative design workflows.Experience working in fast-growing scale-ups or in-house brand teams.At Bitvavo, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation, foster creativity, and lead to better outcomes.
