Sitting at the intersection of business development, strategy, and market intelligence, you will be part of the Listings team—responsible for evaluating, onboarding, and managing the digital assets available on our platform. This team collaborates closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Marketing to ensure we bring high-quality, impactful assets to our users. Your work will directly support Bitvavo’s mission of making digital assets accessible and trustworthy for everyone.What You’ll Be DoingProactively scout and identify digital assets based on market trends, data, and strategic alignmentBuild and nurture relationships with protocols, venture funds, launchpads, and key ecosystem partnersManage incoming listing requests, evaluating them against internal criteria and documentation standardsPartner with the Assessment team to conduct thorough due diligence on potential listingsPrepare and present listing proposals to the Listings Committee for internal decision-makingIdentify and lead opportunities for exclusive listings, co-marketing campaigns, and strategic collaborationsRepresent Bitvavo at national and international crypto conferences to expand our network and visibilityWhat We Look ForMinimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or investment analysis within crypto, fintech, or technologyStrong knowledge of and genuine interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and the broader digital asset landscapeExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with an existing professional network in the crypto ecosystem considered a strong advantageProactive and analytical mindset with the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced and evolving environmentDemonstrated ability to act with integrity and make sound, ethical decisions aligned with Bitvavo’s valuesProven collaborator who thrives in cross-functional settings and works effectively toward shared goalsFluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plusAt Bitvavo, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation, foster creativity, and lead to better outcomes.
