This execution-driven role is central to elevating the creative impact of our content across channels, shaping how we show up in the market visually and experientially. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing, this designer will collaborate cross-functionally to bring Fieldguide’s brand to life through high-quality, consistent, and scalable design across campaigns, assets, and touchpoints.The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a deep portfolio spanning B2B content formats, from digital to experiential. You’ll play a key role in refining our visual identity, developing our asset library, and ensuring a cohesive design system across marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to both execute and influence, helping define best practices while producing design work that directly supports demand generation, content, product marketing, events, and more.What You’ll DoContent & Campaign Design ExecutionOwn the design and development of a wide range of marketing assets, including:Email templates and graphicsPresentation decksSocial media creativesEbooks, infographics, and research reportsBlog and case study visualsEvent and experiential collateralProduct marketing content and positioning materialsWebsite visuals and updatesVideo graphics and light editingBrand Stewardship & SystemizationContribute to the evolution and enforcement of Fieldguide’s visual identity and style guideBuild and maintain a scalable asset library and brand design systemTempletize common formats to drive consistency and efficiencyProvide design counsel and creative direction across corporate marketing programsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with content, demand gen, product marketing, field marketing, and PR teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to lifeProvide thoughtful creative input during content and campaign planningSupport Fieldguide’s agency partners and external collaborators with brand design resources and guidanceAbout You3-4 years of experience in brand design, ideally within a B2B tech or SaaS environmentA strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across content marketing formats—particularly social, web, email, ebooks, decks, and moreExperience executing within a fast-paced, high-volume marketing function, ideally in-houseA collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and external agenciesA refined and thoughtful point of view on visual storytelling, with a passion for quality and consistencyProficient in design tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Excited by the opportunity to help build and refine a brand system, not just apply oneBonus PointsFamiliarity with the accounting, audit, or financial services spaceExperience with video editing and motion graphicsUnderstanding of accessibility and responsive design best practicesMore About FieldguideFieldguide is a values-based company.
