Your new roleReporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for delivering high-impact, brand-aligned design across digital, print, and in-store environments. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll work closely with the overall marketing team, store teams, and external partners to execute campaigns, develop creative assets, and ensure brand consistency. You'll be involved in everything from concept development and campaign execution to print production and art direction for photo shoots. You'll also collaborate with our digital design team and marketing coordinator to bring ideas to life.
Whether it's a new product launch, a seasonal campaign, or store recruitment collateral. What you'll need to succeedThe right candidate will be a classically trained designer with a strong understanding of design methodology and the ability to translate strategy and research into compelling visual outcomes. You'll need to demonstrate:
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similarProven experience in a brand or creative design roleA strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign work, and cross-channel designProficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (Illustrator is a bonus)Experience with print production and managing third-party suppliersThe ability to interpret and evolve a brand within an Australian cultural contextHigh emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to take constructive feedbackA collaborative mindset and the confidence to ask questions and challenge ideasBonus points if you bring motion graphics or video editing skills using the Adobe SuiteA full, current driver's licence is requiredWhat you'll get in returnThis is a permanent full-time role based in Hobart.
