Job Description

Are you a proactive and experienced People and Culture Administrator who can hit the ground running? We’re looking for a highly organised professional with strong administrative capabilities to support our People and Culture function during a period of transformation and system implementation. Join a team committed to driving impactful work across the organisation in this People and Culture Administrator role. Offered on a casual basis, the position provides flexibility as business needs evolve and involves approximately 20 hours per week, with hours adaptable depending on workload.

You'll benefit from a hybrid work model – a mix of in-office and remote work, based on location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment and is confident working both autonomously and collaboratively. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general day-to-day administrative support including email management, coordination tasks, and office admin. Draft and update position descriptions, employment contracts, and general HR letters. Support and maintain Learning Management System (CompliSpace) and assist in reviewing systems for potential centralisation. Assist with the ongoing implementation of Employment Hero for HR purposes (currently in use for payroll). You:

Proven experience in a People & Culture / HR admin role with the ability to step in and add value immediately. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and compliance. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with key stakeholders as needed. Familiar with hybrid work practices and adaptable to changing business needs. Experience with Employment Hero is essential; exposure to HR system implementations is highly regarded. Must hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and be willing to undergo a police check (which will be arranged by the employer).
