Job Description:We are seeking a Brand Development Lead who is passionate about building strong brand identities and driving brand growth through data-driven strategies. This role will be responsible for developing brand positioning, creating impactful digital campaigns, and leading strategic brand initiatives aligned with our business goals.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement effective segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP) strategies.Define clear and compelling value propositions for various target audiences.Develop and execute promotion plans with a strong focus on digital media activation, particularly social media platforms.Create and manage promotion budgets and establish clear KPIs to measure performance and ROI.Lead the development of comprehensive brand strategies, ensuring consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across marketing, product, and sales.Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management or a related field.Relevant Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing and development.At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution and performance tracking.Skills & Competencies:Technical Skills:Proficient in SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.Strong ability in social media analytics and digital performance tracking.Solid understanding of brand development concepts and frameworks.Soft Skills:Strategic thinking and creativity.Strong leadership and communication skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Willing to work half day (09:00 - 14:00 WIB) on Saturday.Why Join Us?Lead impactful brand strategies in a growing and dynamic company.Work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Opportunity to shape the digital brand presence and customer perception at a strategic level.
