We are a human-centric environment, driven by the purpose of enhancing quality of life through our products.As A KOL Lead, You Will:Develop and implement comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with brand direction and campaign goals.Identify, recruit, and map KOLs (Mega, Macro, Micro, Nano) according to target audience, establishing long-term partnerships to maximize brand engagement.Manage end-to-end KOL campaigns, including planning, execution, budget allocation, negotiation with talent agencies or KOLs, and ensuring campaign output aligns with brand tone and content strategy.Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI), providing actionable insights and detailed reporting.Oversee contracts, deliverables, and payment processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.Collaborate with social media, content, and creative teams to optimize KOL initiatives and maintain consistent brand storytelling.Lead and mentor the KOL team, fostering collaboration, skill development, and high performance.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing KOL or influencer marketing campaigns, with proven leadership experience.Established network and relationships within the KOL and influencer industry, particularly in beauty or lifestyle sectors.Strong understanding of influencer marketing campaign strategies, including setting and tracking KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting.Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer management tools.Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to dynamic trends.Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
