Social Media Intern

Responsibilities : Assist in planning and executing monthly social media calendars across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, aesthetics, and campaign goalsHelp manage daily uploads, scheduling, captions, and community engagement (comments, DMs, and mentions)Monitor performance and assist in reporting analytics to evaluate content effectivenessBrainstorm, plan, and execute creative content ideas for campaigns, product launches, and daily engagementSupport in producing photos, videos, and other visual materials for social media and digital useAssist during photoshoots and video productions including concepting, styling, and coordinating assetsEdit and optimize visual content (photos/videos) to fit each platform’s best practices and trendsRequirements :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation, or any related degree, fresh graduates are welcome.Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or Adobe tools)Familiarity with current beauty and fashion trendsBasic design sense and attention to visual aestheticsExperience creating TikTok content and short-form videosUnderstanding of SEO, social media metrics, and content optimization would be a plus point Able to work following office hour (9-to-6), 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from our office in Pejaten, South Jakarta. Able to fulfill minimum 3 months internship period.
