The Brand Development Officer supports the creation of new brand concepts, the development of brand identity, and the execution of branding activities across multiple projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates who possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for brand-building.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing new brand concepts, positioning strategies, and identity elements.Support in creating branding materials, presentations, and concept documents.Conduct basic research on markets, competitors, and customer trends.Prepare reports, analysis sheets, and brand development documents using Microsoft Office.Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, marketing) to ensure proper execution of brand direction.Support in coordinating tasks related to brand launches, naming, visuals, and overall concept development.Maintain consistency in brand messaging and identity across all platforms.Participate in brainstorming sessions for concept creation and idea development.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Communications — all acceptable).Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize information clearly.Creative mindset and interest in brand building and concept development.Strong communication and teamwork skills.High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
