Job Description

We’re looking for a creative Brand & Digital Designer who will take Learningbank’s visual identity to the next level — across video, web, and all digital touchpoints.You’ll shape how Learningbank looks, feels, and communicates — from our website and campaigns to social media videos, product marketing, and sales materials. This role is perfect for someone who’s as excited about storytelling through design as they are about creating impactful motion and video content.You’ll join a talented Marketing team full of creative souls, data nerds, and performance enthusiasts — all working together to grow Learningbank’s brand presence and voice.Develop and evolve the Learningbank brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across all channels — digital, print, and video.Design and maintain our website, improving user experience, visuals, and storytelling.Conceptualize and produce video content — from explainer videos and social ads to customer stories and product showcases.Work closely with our Product team to ensure alignment between product design and marketing visuals.Turn creative briefs into powerful concepts — taking projects from idea to polished final design.Manage design timelines, meet deadlines, and deliver work that meets business and creative goals.Produce eye-catching materials for campaigns, ads, sales collateral, blog posts, and more.What We Will Love About YouYou’re a versatile brand and digital designer with 3–5 years of experience in an agency or in-house team.You’re equally comfortable designing for web and video — with a strong understanding of digital storytelling.You have a sharp portfolio showcasing branding, web design, and (ideally) motion/video work.You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.You’re based in Denmark or Sweden, and enjoy a hybrid work setup — both in-office and remote.Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines is a big plus.You’re skilled in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma (or similar tools).Bonus points if you’ve worked with animation, 3D, or short-form social media videos.What You’ll Love About LearningbankFirst, our purpose is to make people happier by making them better.
