Brand Director

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. They would be responsible for developing and implementing the annual sales and marketing plans for Bunsen, Masa and Una in line with overall business targetsThe ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content, a passion for food, an understanding of branding, and a willingness to work closely with the business owners.The Role:Lead the brand’s social media strategy and execution; setting clear KPIs relevant to each channel e.g. follower growth, engagement, and reach.Create engaging social media content and lead social strategy and execution across platforms, while continuously identifying new cultural, social, and design trends.Develop and evolve the brand’s tone of voiceOversee the rollout of campaigns, from initial brief through to launch. Provide clear briefs, priorities, and timelines in close collaboration with the Marketing manager.Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints - digital, packaging, signage, customer comms.Analyse sales performance and report on the impact of campaignsOversee creative output across:Social mediaWebsitePackagingRestaurant interiors and exteriorsSkills & Experience:Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate abstract brand values into visual narratives, mood-boards, and campaignsProven experience managing social media and campaign-led contentConfident creative judgement and attention to detailStrong understanding of brand strategy and valuesPhotography, videography, and graphic design skills are a plus but not essentialHands-on creative with strong storytelling instincts and sound creative judgement.Why Join Us:Regular performance-based bonuses.Clear pay progression scales.Holidays: 25 paid holiday days per year and bank holidays.Location: Bunsen Head Office, Grantham St. Remote working is permitted.
