Reporting to Moët Hennessy Marketing Director, this brand director role play an influential role in the Asia Pacific region and at global level with the Maisons. Major Brands including Glenmorangie, Ardbeg, Hennessy, Sir Davis, Cloudy Bay, Minuty, Chateau Desclans, Joseph Phelps, and some other wine brands. Demonstrating strong strategic and integrated marketing capability with the use of cutting-edge consumer data collection and analysis, deploy multi-channel communication incorporating digital and direct-to-consumer channelsJapan is the 2nd largest market in MH globally. the Spirits, Wine and emerging Brand Director will work across the business, coordinating stakeholders globally and locally, to create buy-in for the new brand strategies and communications mix required to address the Japanese consumer insights identified. He or she will work in partnership with sales and all other key functions to ensure that global and local media assets and marketing spend are aligned to marry the global marketing strategy. Through the right ATL & BTL mix, maximize its effectiveness of Maison Brand strategy on sales and long-term brand equity growth. Join us if you have…4 years of Bachelor degree is a MUST, Masters is a plusOwn rich knowledge and experience in Japanese spirits and wine marketBring a modern consumer marketing skill set from a classically-trained blue-chip marketing background with exposure to luxury brands, and deep strategic and integrated communication planning experience. Have a track record of establishing and executing visionary consumer brand strategies ideally in multiple markets with depth of experience in Japan, resulting in sustainable long term sales and brand equity growth. Have experience leveraging the strength of established global brands in local markets and providing local market insights at global level. Have experience analysing consumer insights, using among others cutting edge data driven techniques to identify consumer behaviour and trends.
