POP MART is on the lookout for a creative, hands-on Brand & Events Supervisor to elevate our local presence and bring our world of collectible art toys to life across Australia and New Zealand!In this exciting and fast-paced role, you’ll partner with our retail and marketing teams to plan and execute eye-catching events, manage on-brand activities, retail campaigns and connect us with local communities.

From pop-up events to influencer activations, you’ll be at the forefront of building brand love and driving foot traffic to our retail stores.

What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end execution of brand activations, pop-ups and PR events across Australia and New Zealand — from ideation to on-ground deliveryDrive the implementation of POP MART’s PR strategy to secure high-impact media coverage across key markets and strengthen brand awarenessStrategically identify and evaluate high-traffic venues, festivals and cultural events for brand presence aligned with business goalsOversee partnerships with content creators and collaborators — managing negotiations, briefing, content approvals and product coordination to ensure brand alignmentMonitor media coverage and campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to refine future strategiesStay informed on consumer trends, cultural shifts, and competitor activity to influence creative direction and growth planningCultivate and maintain strong relationships with shopping centres, event organisers, and key partners to secure prime placement opportunities and long-term collaborationAbout You5–10 years of experience in brand marketing, event planning, PR or activations, ideally within retail, lifestyle or youth-focused consumer brandsProven ability to lead end-to-end campaigns, from concept development to execution and analysisA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldStrong understanding of local consumer behaviour and cultural trends in Australia and New ZealandSkilled in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management and maintaining brand consistency across channelsCreative, strategic, and insight-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering impactful brand experiencesExperience with content creator/influencer coordination and marketing administration is a plusHighly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, storytelling and project management skills
