To instill a sense of pride and passion that enables each employee to become a brand ambassador for Bacha Coffee. Also, to act as a Bacha Coffee ambassador with corporate and private customers at training, openings, and other public events such as product launches.Primary Relationships:The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.Within the organization, this position has a primary relationship with the Human Resources, Operations, Corporate Sales and Corporate Communications departments in Singapore. The position has a secondary relationship with the General Managers, Trainers, Operations Managers and HR teams at Bacha Coffee subsidiary and franchise offices outside of Singapore. Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (corporate customers, training consultants, production houses, etc.)Job Description:Follow instructions and guidance from the Chief Commercial Officer with regards to all learning and development or training issues at Bacha CoffeeDemonstrate ability to facilitate all relevant workshops and initiatives included in the Bacha Coffee learning and development curriculum to a professional standard (as laid out in the relevant Bacha Coffee facilitator guides)Proactively gather feedback from the Chief Commercial Officer regarding your ability to facilitate the Bacha Coffee standardsEnsure that training offered to Corporate Sales partners is facilitated to the same standard as those offered at the Coffee InstituteAble to multitask, prioritize and execute all learning and development duties in Singapore (Coffee Institute & Corporate Partners)Ensure that all competencies developed during Bacha Coffee training sessions (brand experience / selling / serving / managing / supervising / barman experience etc.) are checked using the correct evaluation toolMonitor the standards of training that is facilitated or delivered in all areas of operations – redirect or coach any individual who does not maintain the Bacha Coffee facilitating standardsAsk for assistance with any areas of your role where you are not confident and/or do not have the required level of competence to complete the task successfullySuggest new topics or ideas for training that will support the operation and ensure that the learning and development opportunities offered will support employees in all stages of their journeyMaintain active and high-level communication with all employees in the business – regularly visit the employees in their workspace to ensure that they feel supported and listened to – share regular feedback with the Chief Commercial Officer.Assist the Chief Commercial Officer in establishing and maintaining an efficient and effective system that records all learning and development activitiesEnsure that individual feedback is recorded for all learning and development initiatives that happen at Bacha CoffeeAssess learning needs and adapts the facilitation approach to reflect desired learning outcomes and learner needs.Responsible for knowledge and skills transfer by delivering learning content, facilitating group discussions and responding to queriesDrive learner development and commitment to continuous learning by actively providing feedback and learner supportEvaluate curriculum effectiveness and recommend areas of improvement by collecting learner feedback as well as analyzing learning delivery approaches and materialsConduct on the job trainings in Bacha Coffee locations in Singapore and globally.Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related disciplineTrainer Certification e.g., ACTA, ACLPExperience in the F&B and Retail industry, ideally experience in the luxury goods industry7-10 years’ experience in the F&B/Retail/Learning and Development in a corporate environmentExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishExperience in public speakingProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to build strong business rapport at all levelsExcellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct and follow structured training programsAble to work independently, under pressure and tight deadlinesProactive, agile and adaptable team-playerTravel out-of-town and/or overnight from time to time (less than 10%)Trainers are required to wear a Bacha Coffee uniform.Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, German, French, etc.)An advantage if you possess any of the following:Experience in creating training materials or using a Learning Management SystemGenuinely enjoy working in an international m and meeting different nationalities on a daily basisOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
