Be the project master, from planning to launch. You might even be the client's daily go-to! Execute strategies like a pro, solve problems with, build awesome client connections, and deliver top-notch client support.RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of client projects. Build and nurture relationships with colleagues, clients, partners, and vendors.Master client requests and needs, and act on them swiftly.Run internal status meetings, keeping everyone on track and projects moving.Craft call reports that are spot-on and client-ready with minimal fuss.Collaborate effortlessly with team members across all disciplines and levels.Support Strategy and Creative with everything they need to bring ideas to life.Communicate clearly and professionally, whether it's written, virtual, or in person.Become an agency insider, knowing the structure and everyone's roles.Be a team player, supporting leadership and finding ways to get the job done.Uphold the team's quality standards, set by senior leadership.Work with your supervisor to brainstorm and deliver innovative solutions.Keep building those client and vendor connections.Stay ahead of the curve with trends and tech.Be proactive!
