Job Description – Brand Manager (Distribution)O100 Fragrances is seeking a Brand Manager Distribution to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.About the Role:The Brand Manager Distribution will lead the creation, development, and management of O100’s luxury and niche fragrance distribution portfolio in Saudi Arabia.This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution across brand scouting, negotiations, portfolio development, retail expansion, marketing, and financial performance.Key Responsibilities: • Identify, scout, and acquire new luxury and niche fragrance brands for distribution in Saudi Arabia.• Lead negotiations with international brand owners to secure exclusive and long-term partnerships.• Develop and execute brand growth strategies integrating sales, marketing, and financial objectives.• Manage P&L performance, demand forecasting, and operational compliance.• Build strong relationships with brand principals and retail partners to ensure alignment and sustainable growth.• Elevate brand visibility and desirability through 360° marketing activations, PR, and influencer collaborations.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance ,or a related field.• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury brand management, distribution, or commercial development, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry.• Strong negotiation, analytical, and marketing skills.• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury, storytelling, and brand heritage.• Fluent in both English and Arabic• Based in Saudi Arabia, with flexibility to travel locally and internationally.About O100:O100 Fragrances is a leading luxury fragrance distributor in Saudi Arabia, known for curating niche brands and delivering exceptional retail experiences.If you’re passionate about luxury and want to be part of a growing and creative environment, we’d love to meet you.
