You will be responsible to manage the top and bottom line of assigned brand & market portfolio.LocationKarachiThings you will be doing as a Brand ManagerLead the thinking process of Marketing & Business Plans to ensure development of creative consumer driven plans that will generate profitable volume growth for the BusinessLead IPM (Innovation Process Meeting) Process to meet Consumer plus Business feasibility-based NPDsManage Innovation Projects with agility and proficiency to deliver OTIF launchesDevelop consumption occasions for the brand in order to drive frequency and consumption for the brandDevelop marketing plans for respective regions in line with consumer & shopper insights and shortlisting relevant platforms for the TG in most efficient mannerManage demand & forecast numbers for brand, managing financial budgets to land at desired NC & PAT and drive topline and NSV achievementDevelop integrated marketing programs that leverage key brand concepts to differentiate the brand from the competitionReport Primary and Secondary Sales Analysis to on a monthly basis in order to gain relevant insights and take actions accordinglyCollaborate with relevant stakeholders including International Business Unit sales team to drive business growthMaintain Pricing Grids and Competitive Grids and report themMaintain Tracking of Gross Margins, COGs and Profitability on a monthly basis, ensure close follow-up of spending and control of budgetsLead team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and strategies including Online campaigns, web site, use of digital/social media/ ATL BTL as per budgets and timelinesTrack and evaluate the impact of strategies and campaigns, ensuring timely reportingWhat are we looking for in you?BBA/MBAMinimum 4-6 years of marketing experience ideally in FMCGStrategic Marketing Approach & financial acumenProject ManagementConsumer and Customer InsightMarket Understanding and Marketing FrameworksStakeholder managementInitiative & DriveStrong Interpersonal & Communication skillsCreativityStrong Negotiation skills
