Su papel es fundamental en la construcción de la identidad de la misma y la conexión con los consumidores.Responsabilidades Principales y ActividadesEstrategia de marca: Diseñar e implementar estrategias para fortalecer la identidad y el reconocimiento de la marca.Investigación de mercado: Analizar tendencias, competencia y comportamiento del consumidor para tomar decisiones informadas.Desarrollo de campañas: Supervisar la creación de campañas publicitarias y de marketing digital que se alineen con los valores de la marca.Gestión de presupuesto: Administrar los recursos destinados a la promoción y comunicación de la marca.Coordinación con equipos internos: Trabajar en conjunto con departamentos como marketing, ventas y producto para asegurar coherencia en la estrategia de marca.Seguimiento de métricas: Evaluar el impacto de las estrategias mediante el análisis de datos y KPIs.Relaciones PrincipalesInternal: Ventas, CCM y FinanzasExternas: agenciasRequerimientosExperiencia comprobada como Brand Manager: mínimo 3 años en posiciones similares, gestionando marcas con alto nivel de exigencia.Graduado de carreras de administración, economía, ingeniería.Manejo de ingles: avanzadoCapacidad analítica y orientación a resultados, con habilidades para gestionar presupuestos y optimizar inversiones.
