Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research and consumer insights to guide brand positioning. Create annual brand plans with clear KPIs and growth targets. Marketing & CommunicationLead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels. Oversee promotional materials and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Manage media planning and creative development with internal and external teams. Product Development & InnovationIdentify new product opportunities and lead NPD (New Product Development) initiatives. Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to launch new products effectively. Performance MonitoringTrack brand performance metrics including market share, sales, and consumer feedback. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure brand objectives are met. Engage with external partners like agencies and distributors to amplify brand reach. Qualifications & Skills Masters or equivalent minimum 8- 10 years in Brand handling FMCG experience preferable Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities. Creative mindset with a passion for consumer behavior and brand storytelling. HQ- Guwahati or KolkataCTC- upto 14 LPAAge- 35- 45 yearsSkills: communication,sales,analytical skills
