This is a permanent role, based in London, and is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-scaling luxury business with powerful global ambition.As Brand Manager – Wine, you will activate and elevate the brand across all consumer and trade touchpoints, ensuring flawless execution, luxury positioning, and creative excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, winemakers, and cross-functional specialists to deliver key launches, campaigns, and brand experiences that inspire customers and strengthen brand equity.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and delivery of brand strategy, annual marketing plans, and campaign executionOversee the full brand calendar, ensuring all marketing teams are aligned and delivering premium brand moments throughout the yearLead the creation of compelling visual, digital, and experiential content that reflects luxury craftsmanship and brand storytellingManage production of POS, collateral, and packaging - working closely with procurement and creative teamsMaintain exceptional brand guardianship, ensuring consistency of message, tone, and visual identity across channelsPartner with international teams to support brand rollout in key export marketsTrack campaign performance, insights and KPIs - contributing to continual brand evolutionSupport key internal communications and stakeholder engagementWhat We’re Looking For:Proven brand management experience within wine, sparkling wine, champagne, or premium drinks; luxury category experience highly preferredStrong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, aesthetics, and storytellingExperience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and managing agenciesCommercially minded, data-driven, and confident working with KPIs and ROI analysisPassion for wine and craftsmanship - WSET qualification (or desire to pursue) advantageousHighly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentSalary & Benefits:Competitive base salary + performance bonusCompany-matched pension schemePrivate healthcare25 days holiday + bank holidaysOpportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding premium wine businessExposure to premium brand partnerships, luxury events, and international campaignsApply now or contact Kieron Hall at MacGregor Black for a confidential discussion.
