This position involves close collaboration with Practice Leaders, Business Development Teams, and external partners to craft strategic, visually appealing, and compliant proposals that increase the likelihood of winning new projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
