Job Summary​The Brand & Marketing Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing strategies. This person manages the agency's brand positioning and messaging, drives campaign creation and execution, and ensures brand consistency across all platforms and for multiple in-house or client brands (if applicable).​Key Responsibilities​Brand Strategy and Positioning​Develop and implement comprehensive annual brand strategies and positioning frameworks for the agency and its associated brands (e.g., entertainment and lifestyle brands).​Manage brand messaging to ensure alignment with the agency’s overall mission and vision.Identify and build brand narratives that effectively resonate with target audiences, from hospitality guests to event-goers.​Campaign Management and Oversight​Plan, create, and oversee marketing campaigns for product launches, venue openings, festivals, special events, and key agency promotions.​Ensure integrated, cross-channel execution across digital, on-ground, PR, and partnership channels.​Collaborate with event producers and creative teams to develop unique, impactful concepts for brand activations.​Manage and coordinate activities across Creative, Digital, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.​​Financial and Team Coordination​Manage the marketing department’s budget effectively, allocating resources across campaigns and ensuring measurable return on investment (ROI).​Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into optimal customer-facing experiences.​Manage relationships with media vendors, publishers, and key partners to ensure effective collaboration in promotional activities.​Required Skills and Qualifications​Experience in Brand Management, Marketing Strategies, and Campaign Management (Senior level experience required).​Strong command of Market Research, Consumer Insights, and Data Analysis methodologies.​Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Content Creation.​Strong Communication, Leadership, and Project Management skills are essential.​Ability to manage budgets and resources to deliver measurable brand growth.​A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
