Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Assistant based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing strategies, coordinate events, conduct market research, and assist in maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include preparing marketing materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing brand visibility through targeted campaigns. The role also involves assisting the sales team with marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and internal teamsStrong skills in Market Research and Sales & Marketing to identify trends and contribute to strategic initiativesExperience in supporting Sales efforts and collaborating on marketing-driven lead generation initiativesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with digital tools and platforms for marketing campaigns is a plus
