Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure all goals and commitments are achieved on schedule.Lead the operational team by assigning tasks, setting clear guidelines, and maintaining seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.Provide regular progress reports, including milestones, achievements, and potential challenges, to the account management team and other relevant departments.Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with project scope while maximizing cost efficiency.Qualifications:Minimum of 1–2 years of work experience in a related field.Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.Broad industry knowledge and the ability to stay updated on market trends and developments.Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Placement : Surabaya
