Brand Marketing Manager (Client-Facing)Full-Time | Remote/Hybrid | 3–5 Years ExperienceWe’re looking for a mid-level marketer who understands brand strategy, loves consumer brands, and can bring ideas to life through sharp execution. This role blends strategy, social, design, email marketing, light paid ads, and client-facing communication. You’ll work across multiple clients in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, ecommerce, and emerging brands.This is a great fit for someone who’s helped launch brands, understands how DTC works, and is comfortable moving quickly inside a creative agency.What You’ll DoBrand & Strategy SupportHelp build and refine brand positioning, messaging, and GTM plansTranslate strategy decks into clear action plans and marketing tasksSupport new brand launches and campaign rolloutsUnderstand audiences, customer journeys, and funnel flowEmail & Lifecycle MarketingBuild email flows and campaigns in KlaviyoCreate segmentation, refine targeting, and report on performanceSupport list growth initiatives and retention strategiesOptimize for deliverability, engagement, and revenuePaid Ads (Light Support)Assist with building and launching simple Meta/TikTok ad campaignsSupport creative development for adsPull basic performance metrics and create clean reportingPartner with media buyers (if applicable) on creative and strategyDesign & CreativeCreate clean, on-brand graphics in CanvaSupport brand identity execution across email, social, and adsHelp drive creative direction during campaigns and launchesMaintain library of brand assets and templatesContent & SocialBuild content calendarsAssist with scripting or outlining content ideasUnderstand platform trends and what performsCollaborate with content creators and photographersEcommerce & Launch ExecutionSupport basic Shopify updates or landing page buildsHelp map customer journeys for new launchesAssist with influencer/affiliate coordination when neededContribute to launch timelines, checklists, and rollout plansClient ManagementJoin client calls weekly/biweeklyPresent work and walk clients through strategy or creativeClearly gather feedback and translate it into tasksKeep projects on time and organizedCommunicate proactively and professionallyWhat You Bring3–5 years in marketing (agency or DTC brand preferred)Hands-on Klaviyo experience (flows + campaigns)Strong Canva design skills and great visual tasteExperience helping launch or scale one or more brandsUnderstanding of ecommerce, Shopify, and consumer behaviorComfort setting up basic paid campaigns (Meta/TikTok)Strong communication skills and client-facing experienceAbility to juggle multiple brands and deadlinesCalm, organized, proactive work styleCuriosity, creativity, and a genuine love for marketingNice to HaveInfluencer/affiliate coordination experienceLight copywriting skillsBasic video editing for Reels/TikToksExperience working with creative teams or freelancersWho You AreYou’re a hybrid marketer who can think strategically and execute quickly.
