(with a preference for candidates from tech, digital advertising, or innovative consumer brands.)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience managing global and regional campaigns with a focus on cultural nuance and local relevance.Extensive experience working internationally, leading multi-country initiatives across diverse cultural and business landscapes.Strong ability to translate insights, data, and market trends into compelling strategies and go-to-market plans. Expertise in data-driven measurement, KPIs, and proof point development.Proven track record partnering effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.Strategic mindset combined with creative flair, analytical thinking, and agile execution skills.Deep expertise in Creator marketing, including cross-audience activations and innovative growth strategies.Tech industry experience with familiarity in consumer branding and campaign execution.Agency background, especially within creative, media, or digital marketing firms.Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly those relevant to the EMEA region.Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and shape key consumer opportunities across the EMEA region to drive brand growth and engagement.Lead the planning, creation, and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns on and off-platform, ensuring high-quality creative and strategic alignment.Collaborate closely with global teams (Brand, Product, Creative) to adapt regional strategies, ensuring local-market relevance while maintaining overall brand consistency.Partner with Creator and Business teams to activate unified go-to-market strategies, facilitating cross-organizational alignment and execution.Coordinate measurement plans and learning agendas to evaluate campaign impact, gather proof points, and identify opportunities for scaling successful initiatives.Manage and oversee Creator relationships with large followings, inspiring scaled engagement and innovative content collaborations.Provide leadership support within the team, mentoring junior members and ensuring timely delivery of projects and campaigns.Drive testing and experimentation initiatives to foster a culture of innovation within regional marketing teams.By applying here you agree to RECRUITERS storing your CV in our secure applicant tracking system (ATS; Bullhorn).
