Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand & Marketing Strategy Manager to lead the overall marketing direction of The Coach Restaurant. This role will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth through strategic planning, campaigns, partnerships, and digital initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and manage annual marketing strategy, plan, and budget aligned with brand objectives.Drive brand campaigns, F&B promotions, menu launches, events, PR, and community initiatives.Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and special events to expand market reach and engagement.Oversee social media strategy, content, and approval flow; ensure consistent brand presence across channels.Lead production of photoshoots, videos, and creative assets, from concept to final output.Monitor, analyze, and report marketing and PR campaign effectiveness; propose improvements.Build and maintain CRM database, loyalty programs, EDM, and customer communications.Manage digital advertising and CRM requests, ensuring timely execution and effectiveness.Ensure smooth execution of marketing operations (trello, approvals, artwork, collaterals).Requirements:Having background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and managing end-to-end campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
