Our RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Brand Marketing team. We are looking for a confident collaborator and passionate marketeer who can influence a talented cross-functional team and senior stakeholders within the wider business.You will drive the planning, implementation, and evaluation of brand marketing campaigns. You will lead all day-to-day development of campaigns as part of the brand marketing strategy, ensuring collaboration with all stakeholder teams at relevant stages of the process – digital, retail, brand, creative & content, PR, trade, VM, buying and merchandising, maintaining consistency and alignment with all channel owners.Key contributor to shaping campaign and brand marketing strategy with Head of Brand MarketingLead the planning from brief to delivery of seasonal brand and promotional campaigns ensuring they are launched consistently and effectively across all owned and paid for channelsOversee the delivery of all ad hoc 360 marketing campaigns, coordinating across paid/owned/earned marketing channels and sales channelsReview and report on campaign performance and use this insight to shape future ideasCollaborate with our internal creative and shoot teams on the development of concepts andSecure assets that are channel and platform specificWhat you’ll be doingBrand Marketing Planning & Campaign DevelopmentWork in partnership with Head of Brand Marketing and Marketing Director to define campaign strategies as they relate to the business. Co-ordinate and deliver impactful and effective multichannel marketing campaigns, on time and within budget. Leverage insights from best practice, competitive analysis, consumer data and previous campaigns. Connect with key business partners eg Creative, Buying & Merchandising, Direct etc to ensure campaign strategies meet business drivers. Collaborate with all marketing functions and channel owners to ensure campaign plans deliver channel requirementsDefine product priorities for all marketing moments working in partnership with buying & mer-chandisingCustodian of the cross-channel brand communications calendar in alignment with the product and brand planDefine and agree campaign objectives and KPIs including but not limited to brand awareness and positioning, traffic and revenue, new customer acquisition and retention/loyalty/frequency of pur-chaseWork with customer insight teams to collate results and measurement of brand campaigns to in-form future campaign planningCampaign Critical PathWorking within the business-critical path to schedule key meetings that deliver against the project timelineEnsure clear and consistent communication with all key stakeholders throughout the sea-sonal/campaign planning processBrand ManagementPursue new brand initiatives to increase visibility, reach and awareness of brand, in line with busi-ness’ wider growth strategySupport partnership marketing, identifying and building relationships with new and existing third party brands to drive and enhance campaign opportunitiesWork closely with Internal Comms, B2B and Sustainability stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand messagingEnsure brand integrity and company objectives are upheld on all campaigns with key stakeholders and departments. Monitor competitor brands on and off-line to keep abreast of brand profiles and activities. Management of the brand marketing budgetWhat Skills & Experience You’ll NeedA proven track record in Brand Marketing with knowledge across multiple marketing disciplines.Substantial experience in multi-channel marketing campaign and content management - having worked in a large multi category business. Have managed multichannel marketing plans and achieve success through cross functional working both within the marketing team and across the wider business. Ability to manage stakeholders, effective communication, and exceptional influencing skills. Experienced in working across all key business departments e.g. Product Team & Merchandising, E-commerce, Retail, Creative, Digital Marketing, PR, Visual Merchandising, Finance, IT, Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of all projects. Excellent project management skills and experience in working in a demanding, fast paced changing environment with the ability to oversee multiple projects. Owned annual marketing budget and be comfortable working with finance on forecasting, monthly reviews and changes as and when required by the company. Interested and curious about current trends, popular culture & media and are well informed when it comes to emerging brands and influences.
