BRAND PARTNERSHIPS OFFICER (Implementation and Strategy)Job SummaryThe Brand Partnerships Officer (Implementation & Strategy) will spearhead our partnershipinitiatives. This role encompasses the formulation of innovative strategies, the managementof partner relationships, and the execution of deliverables as per the agreements establishedwith the business team, all aimed at enhancing the visibility and impact of our partners’brands. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the monthly KPI of the team.Key Responsibilities:● Develop and execute creative brand partnership strategies to achieve marketinggoals, including finding ideal partners, understanding their needs, and crafting win-winproposals for adobo Magazine.● Monitor the execution of partnership agreements by coordinating with internal teamsto deliver on product placements, co-branded marketing initiatives, and eventsponsorships, ensuring success.● Ensure all partnership deliverables are met on time and to a high standard. Thisincludes coordinating with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the partnershipagreement are fulfilled, such as product placements, co-branded marketingmaterials, and event sponsorships.● Act as the main point of contact for bridging communication between Business Teamand Internal Departments (Business, Editorial, Creative, Digital, etc.) for strategicalignment and smooth operations.● Helps in monitoring and analyzing the performance of partnerships, adaptingstrategies as needed to optimize results.● Manage and nurture internal relations including maintaining regular communication,resolving issues, and identifying new collaboration opportunities.● Support the team in achieving the monthly KPI target of PHP 400,000 by pitching tominor clients and/or as approved by the Senior Brand Partnerships Manager.Sanserif, Inc. | adobo MagazineRegus CBD Ayala Centre Inc. 7th Floor Ascott Makati, Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati City.Tel.: (02) 8 845 0218 | (02) 8 651 6675 | +639177027258contact@adobomagazine.comDuties and Responsibilities:● Identify Potential Partners: Understand the brand’s vision, mission, and goals, and thenidentify potential partners who align with these.● Achieve KPI Target: Contribute to the monthly KPI target of PHP 400,000, includingpitching to minor clients and/or as approved by the Senior Brand PartnershipsManager.● Develop Partnership Proposals: Create tailored proposals that provide mutual benefits.● Coordinate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure thefulfillment of all aspects of the partnership agreement.● Facilitate Communication: Facilitate communication between the partner and variousinternal departments.● Creative Strategy Development: Formulate and implement innovative partnershipstrategies that align with the brand and marketing objectives.● Fulfilling Deliverables: Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all partnershipcommitments.● Cross-Departmental Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison for partners within theorganization.● Prepare ad hoc copies, name studies, and pitch presentations, and confidentlypresent proposed ideas and executions to clients, showcasing their potential impactand value.● Oversee the production of all creative outputs related to these ideas, collaboratingclosely with business, editorial, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution anddelivery of high-quality content.Qualifications:● Proven experience in brand strategy, partnership development, and implementation.● Strong understanding of the advertising and creative industries.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.● Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.You must possess a strong background in journalism, communications, or marketing, with aproven track record of developing compelling and impactful content strategies. You will beresponsible for researching and identifying key audience insights, content opportunities, anddistribution channels to effectively reach and resonate with our target audience.Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Business, Editorial, and Creative teams toensure that our output aligns with brand guidelines, editorial standards, and client objectives.In this role you will report to the Business Director and work alongside the Business, Editorial,and Creative teams.
