Job Description

The Brand Project Manager is responsible for leading brand-led packaging innovation projects, supporting product development initiatives and go-to-market trade activity. This role will focus on ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule, on budget and per the defined scope. An integral part of the Brand team, this role will work collaboratively with Marketing Services, Commercial Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations and Sales.The day to day: Brand-led Packaging Innovation Project Management (50%) Lead project management across cross functional partners, gate processes, and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) approvals with strategic guidance from Brand leads. Duties include timeline development, recipe development, P&L assembly, and artwork approvals.Packaging (25%) Coordinate, manage, and review packaging updates as requested by the business. Tasksinclude requesting component numbers from purchasers, requesting PRF updates by R&Dand checks by regulatory, proof HQ checks, and signing off on packaging checklists.Brand-led Co-man Innovation Project Management (15%) Give input/updates and guidance on brand-led co-man projects. Duties include timeline input, recipe development input, P&L assembly, artwork approvals, gate processes, and ELT approvals.Pre-packed Shipper Development & Management ( 5%) Project management of pre-packed shippers including brief, vendor liaison, development, trial coordination, MPSP, sell sheet development, salsify setup, and forecasts.Trade Marketing Support (5%) Development and execution of campaign POS materials including alignment with Sales onideal POS elements, POS creative development with Marketing Services, logistical coordination of POS distribution list etc.Preferred background:Diploma in Business or Marketing, or equivalent work experience5+ years of relevant marketing experienceProject management experience, including ability to manage a variety of projects with some level ofcomplexity with strategic thinking and analytical skillsSupport budget managementStrong in Microsoft suite of products; Asana experience preferredExperience with SPINs & NielsenNotes: This role is Monday/Tuesday/Thursday in office, and based out of Richmond BCPay will be between $75,000 - $92,000 with a 10% bonus
