Our dinners are not restaurants - they are chapters in a living storybook, and each chapter is a cultural statement disguised as dinner.The RoleWe’re looking for a Brand Strategist who lives and breathes culture and luxury, and who can translate imagination into identity. Someone who sees brands as living worlds - capable of seduction, storytelling, and cultural relevance. You’ll work directly with the founder to build the next chapters of Naan Sense across Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town.You will:Shape our brand architecture, tone of voice, and storytelling across digital, experiential, and retail touchpoints.Translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships.Build frameworks for luxury positioning — not just “premium,” but collectible.Help us navigate the sweet spot between art, gastronomy, and culture.Collaborate on decks, digital assets, and creative direction to ensure brand consistency as we expand across cities.You are:A thinker and a doer - fluent in strategy but grounded in execution.Deeply curious about culture, design, fashion, and gastronomy.Experienced in luxury or lifestyle branding (hospitality experience is a bonus).Excited by start-up energy - resourceful, adaptable, and slightly obsessed with building something iconic from the ground up.Based in South Africa or willing to work hybrid with Johannesburg as a hub.What’s in it for you:A front-row seat in one of South Africa’s most avant-garde culinary start-ups - shaping a brand that blends food, art, and storytelling into a movement.
