You’ll lead and inspire a team of strategists, blending creativity with insight to craft bold ideas, unlock cultural opportunities, and take the LEGO brand into exciting new spaces. Demonstrating a good understanding of data to interpret and make solid, data backed decisions and understanding how the work worked. The role of Director Brand strategy is a great opportunity to help shape the future of the LEGO Brand, inspiring and leading a small team of strategic thinkers to seamlessly blend magic and logic to craft strategies that ignite the imaginations of the next generation of builders and take the LEGO brand to interesting new spaces. In this position you must embody the LEGO values whilst daring to disrupt the status quo, helping to create culturally defining ideas that are as exciting as the products we make. Do you have what it takes?Relevant agency or brand experience.

Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and managing a team, and their ongoing development as strategists. Experience in managing senior stakeholders. Experience of using data, audience insight and creative effectiveness. Ability to stay ahead and move with consumer behaviors, and cultural trends.
