Working collaborating effectively with the Bridal and Couture Department, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent levels of customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunityMaximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicatorsProvide enhanced till accountability e.g. able to process refunds and price overrides and can be relied upon to cash up when necessaryIdentify customer needs and answer all products related questions with emphasis on Bridal & CoutureBe able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise with an emphasis but not confined to Bridal & CoutureBe able to answer queries from less experienced colleagues in response to customer enquiries,Follow Company procedures and processes to maintain security of stock, customer records and cash handlingEnhance standards of merchandise presentation and housekeepingEnsure all customers’ orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company proceduresTake every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand the VW UK database and encourage repeat visits and customers loyaltyLook out for opportunities to grow the business within the store (emphasis on Bridal & Couture)Resolve customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the store managementAttend and participate in all store meetings and training events as requiredEnsure excellent communication and professionalism is maintained at all timesAdhere to company policy regarding dress code and conduct as outlined in the employee handbookCommunicate all potential health & safety issues to the store manager and comply with Company safety and security proceduresComplete any other tasks outlined by the store management.Profile & Key SkillsHave at least 2-year’s relevant experienceExcellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectationsStrong sales and target-driven mindsetKnowledgeable about Bridal & Couture products and able to convey this knowledge effectivelyProficient in till operations, including processing refunds, price overrides, and cash handlingStrong organisational and time-management skills for managing stock and completing customer orders efficientlySkilled in resolving customer complaints and maintaining professionalismWillingness to learn and participate in training events and meetingsAdherence to company policies, including dress code and safety procedures(Please note this is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be required to perform additional duties to fulfil the requirements of the role)BenefitsCommissionUniform allowanceStaff discountsTrainingHealth & Wellbeing support (includes Private Medical Health Insurance, EAP, Gym Discounts, Access to Financial Planning Service, etc.)Cycle to work schemeGenerous annual leave allowancePension SchemePerkbox membership: access to a wide range of perks, discounts, and wellness resourcesOpportunity to develop new skills and progress in your careerOpportunity to work for a company that cares and believes in its people and the environmentApplications may close before the deadline, so please apply early to avoid disappointment.
