The hardest problems in climate and deep tech require more than capital. They require the right people, working together. Bridges is the infrastructure layer that makes this possible, through events and engagement, thought leadership, and strategic services.About the FellowshipThe Bridges Fellowship is designed for early to mid-career professionals looking to build or deepen their expertise in climate and deep tech investing. Fellows work directly alongside a team building one of Europe's emerging collaboration platforms, gaining experience in investor relations and outreach. By the end, you will have strengthened your network with top-tier investors and developed a nuanced understanding of how private capital in this space is structured and deployed. You'll learn directly from a team with 20+ years of combined experience across venture capital and the startup ecosystem.What You'll Work OnPartnerships & Investor OutreachResearch and map the European investor landscape, CVCs, VCs, FOs, identifying how Bridges creates value for different investor types.Drive GTM and outreach engine to venture capital and corporate venture firms across Europe.Support partnership building while maintaining relationships, interactions, and follow-ups with precision.Brand Design & MarketingPlay an active role in developing a brand voice and positioning that sets Bridges apart in the climate and deep tech investment landscape.Shape how Bridges shows up in the world through LinkedIn, newsletters, and campaign messaging.Create and refine visual content, presentations, and partnership materials.Operations & Community BuildingEnsure members stay engaged with Bridges' events and activities across all channels.Help organise and run Bridges events, from logistics to on-the-day execution.Onboard and welcome advisors and ambassadors into the Bridges community.What You'll GainAccess to Bridges events and a curated network of climate and deep tech investors across Europe.Real experience contributing to a platform being built at the intersection of corporate venture, venture capital, and family office investing in climate and deep tech.Day-to-day learning and mentorship in GTM, communications, and partnerships from the Bridges team.A certificate and a reference on successful completion.Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for an early to mid-career professional who is ambitious, collaborative, and eager to make a meaningful contribution. You communicate with clarity and confidence, take initiative, and work well in a lean, high-trust environment where ownership matters.We are not looking for one type of background - what matters is relevant experience, genuine curiosity about venture capital and the climate and deep tech space, and a give-first mindset that aligns with how Bridges operates.Strong candidates will bring:2-3 years of experience in marketing, design, communications, or partnerships.Hands-on experience with content creation and design tools.Familiarity with CRM tools and experience managing outreach and relationship tracking.Genuine curiosity about climate and deep tech.Looking for a role where you can grow your network while contributing to something being built from the ground up.Fellowship DetailsSelection process: The process has two stages. First, complete a short online form covering your background, career goals, and interest in/ exposure to venture capital and climate/ deep tech investing. Selected applicants are then invited to a video interview with the Bridges team to assess fit. Travel and accommodation for events are covered.Duration: 6 monthsPart-time: Fellows contribute ≈ 8-10  hrs / week: weekly team meeting and hands-on marketing, community, and outreach work.Hybrid role: Primarily remote, with a preference for Europe-based candidates given the nature of our events programme.
