Join our team and let’s create journeys together.TasksYou perform precision metal-structure repairs on aircraft and components in line with approved maintenance and repair instructions.You assess damage in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and define compliant repair methods. You fabricate repair parts (angles, profiles) from sheet metal to deliver high-quality, on-aircraft fixes.You repair structural elements (stiffeners, brackets, webs) to maintain airframe integrity. You carry out maintenance and repairs per manufacturer documentation on various components- including pilot seats and onboard wheelchairs- across our Airbus fleet.You support base-maintenance activities during C-Check seasons on our Airbus fleet.BenefitsWork clothes are providedDiversity programmesSubsidized parking or public transportFlight benefitsCompany health managementDiscountsRequirementsYou have (at least) a completed apprenticeship.You bring experience in metal-structure repairs or metal production and tooling.You work independently and with a high level of accuracy.You have experience in the aviation industry (advantage).You are team-oriented, flexible, and able to cope with pressure.You are a communicative personality.You are willing to work shifts (nights and weekends).You are eager to pursue further training.You speak English, German skills are an advantage.You hold a valid driving license.You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
