Job TitleBusiness Development ManagerJob DescriptionThe FI Account Manager is expected to develop strong relationships with key business executives and stakeholders, as well as Brinks FI Representatives to identify new business opportunities. They will work closely across organizational departments to maximize sales opportunities, help partners increase operational efficiencies, and keep clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.

Essential Duties And TasksServe as the lead point of contact for all new business development activities for the US AMS marketplaceAssist with the creation and management of proposals and RFP’s for FI account opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting internal and external business relationshipsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyaltyDevelop business plans and strategies, identify key decision makers, achieve key performance indicators, and live within budget constraintsMaintain accurate, comprehensive and updated opportunities and activities in SalesforceSupervisory / Management DutiesThe employee is not responsible for supervising other positions.
