This position will assume involvement into solution delivery activities as well as pre-sales. The role will help support the Sales team on new or existing customers in all phases in the sales process and will act as BSS SME (Subject Matter Expert) representing Netcracker in front of our customers.Role And ResponsibilitiesBe part of Solution Architecture team on a large project or take a responsibility for specific component/stream architectureOwn solution end-2-end, managing different types of demands and requirements and create best-in-class solutions for our customer’s needsBuild relations with customer’s architects and all relevant IT & business stakeholdersCreate and own Solution Architecture documentation / designsWorking with multiple Account Executives to support opportunity qualification and technical assessment processEnsure that solution meets product best practices and in compliance with industry standardsSupervise implementation, perform solution/functional/operational gate reviewsRequired ExperienceExperience delivering solutions in a BSS domain (eCommerce and eCare portals, CRM, Order Capture, Customer Problem Management etc.)5+ years working at an Architect or a Product Owner positionExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skillsAbility to work as part of a team to solve complex technical problems and work with accounts in complex environmentsBusiness-like presence and ability to interact professionally with customers at all organization levelsNice to have: IT and/or software development experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud solutions, DevOps, customer facing application, large-scale, mission-critical applications, network management systems, general large-scale system architecture, large-scale databasesFluent English language knowledgeHigh degree in IT (Master’s Degree), Telecommunications or related areasPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of major industry standards: eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, OSS/j, MTOSI, etcKnowledge of Communications Service Provider business in Retail and B2B domains, wireless and wireline servicesKnowledge in all major BSS functional areas: Channels, Customer Care, CPQ, Product Catalog, Fulfillment, Billing, OCSWe OfferMedical insuranceWork on Telecom projects with vast possibilities to learn new technologies and gain new experienceMore than 300 hard and soft-skills programs by the corporate career development centerOpen environment and encouraging knowledge sharing cultureFlexible working hours and an opportunity to work remotely
