Head of Finance

What we are looking forAs the Finance Team Lead, you'll be the fearless leader of our team of financial superheroes, including accountants, finance specialists, and payment specialists. You'll ensure that all financial processes and controls are in place and running smoothly, while also driving the team to meet their goals. You'll be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential. What will be your daily work in this role:

Be the superhero that leads and manages the finance team, providing guidance and direction to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Work your magic by developing and maintaining financial processes and controls that ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulations. Be the master of reconciliation, working closely with the team to ensure that all financial transactions are accounted for and accurate. Set the bar high by developing and implementing KPIs that help the team meet their goals and drive success.

Be the financial justice league by collaborating with other departments to identify and resolve financial issues and ensure that financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives. Be the data superhero by preparing financial reports for management and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management to ensure that the team is always performing at their best. What we are expecting from you:

If you have a background in finance, accounting, or a related field, and you're familiar with international accounting standards and regulations, and can ensure compliance across different countries and cultures, then you could be the perfect fit for our Finance Team Lead position. You have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of financial superheroes to achieve their goals. You're a master problem-solver and analytical thinker, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You're flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders. Experience with Fintech or Financial services is a plus.
