Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships based on trust, results, and collaboration.Lead the development and execution of strategic plans that align with client objectives and agency goals.Oversee the delivery of campaigns, projects, or programs, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.Manage and mentor account managers and executives, supporting their growth and ensuring effective team performance.Collaborate with creative, digital, media, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to the pitch process for new clients.Monitor key account metrics (KPIs), preparing reports and presentations for both internal stakeholders and clients.Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to proactively advise clients.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles—preferably within an agency environment.Proven experience managing large accounts or portfolios with successful client outcomes.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
