Budget and Reporting Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Finance organization and seeking a talented Budget and Reporting Specialist to join our Maslak, Istanbul-based team. This role will play a key part in strengthening our financial planning and analysis capabilities, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the company.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing the company budget, managing revisions, and monitoring actual vs. budget performance,Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presenting them to senior management,Conducting budget vs. actual variance analyses and reporting the results,Developing profitability, cost, and expense analyses,Ensuring accurate data flow and maintaining reporting sets by coordinating with relevant departments,Supporting the preparation of cash flow projections,Preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports for senior management,Proposing improvements to enhance reporting processes,Managing lease accounting processes in line with IFRS 16, entering lease contracts into the system, and performing revaluation/reclassification procedures,Monitoring lease agreements and related invoices,Regularly checking the alignment of invoice and expense records with budget targets.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, or financial control,Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; preferably experienced with ERP and reporting tools (SAP, Nebim V3, Power BI, etc.),Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working with financial data,Strong follow-up, result-oriented mindset, and effective planning and time-management abilities,Team-oriented with strong communication skills.Why Join Us?Working at Mad Parfumeur means being part of an innovative and fast-growing organization where you can make a real impact.
