Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reportingManage the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with local and regional teamsPerform variance analysis and provide meaningful insights on financial performanceCoordinate the preparation and review of management reports for local and REM region stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely deliveryDrive and contribute to ad-hoc financial analyses together with the team, ensuring end-to-end delivery of accurate and actionable insightsYour ProfileBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plusMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and controlling, 1–2 years of experience in a managerial role is preferredAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP and BI tools is an advantageExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, regional environment and manage multiple priorities
