To keep our projects running smoothly, we’re looking for a Build & Release Engineer to strengthen our development infrastructure and help us deliver reliable, high-quality games. About the RoleAs our Build & Release Engineer, you’ll own the tools and automation that keep our projects running efficiently. You’ll set up and maintain automated build pipelines, manage release workflows, and ensure every version of our games is stable, tested, and ready for delivery.You’ll work closely with developers, QA, and production to streamline our build and release process—bridging development and operations in a way that keeps our creative momentum flowing. What You’ll DoBuild & AutomationDesign, maintain, and optimize automated build pipelines for Unity projects.Configure and monitor CI/CD workflows (e.g. GitHub Actions or similar).Ensure reproducible, well-documented builds for multiple platforms (PC, mobile, console).Release ManagementCoordinate the technical side of releases—versioning, approvals, packaging, and delivery.Collaborate with production and QA to ensure smooth, consistent release cycles.Maintain build stability and performance over time.Infrastructure & ToolsMaintain lightweight internal infrastructure supporting development (servers, Docker, virtualization).Maintain external infrastructure for live applications.Manage hosting and development tools to ensure reliability and uptime.Provide occasional internal  IT support or troubleshooting when needed. What You BringHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar).Familiarity with Unity build pipelines and project structures.Proficiency with scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for automation and tooling.Strong understanding of source control (Git, Perforce).Experience with Docker and/or virtualization (Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMware).Bonus: experience with automated testing or game deployment workflows.Comfortable working 24–32 hours per week with flexibility around release cycles. Why Join UsWork on games that create real-world impact.Collaborate with a small, passionate team where your technical input shapes how we build.Hybrid setup (2 days remote) and flexible working hours.Room to experiment, automate, and grow into more responsibility (e.g. Technical Operations Lead). How to ApplyIf you’re passionate about automation, quality, and helping creative teams ship great games, we’d love to hear from you.
