Building Management System (BMS) Presales Engineer

SWISS is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled BMS Presales Engineer to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:As a BMS Presales Engineer, you will be the crucial link between our sales team and our technical solutions. Your primary duties will include:Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team and customers to understand business needs and design comprehensive, integrated BMS solutions (covering HVAC, lighting control, security, etc.).Technical Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on all BMS products and solutions during the sales cycle.Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals, compliance statements, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimations for bids and tenders.Presentations & Demos: Deliver engaging and tailored technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and consultants.Customer Engagement: Attend client meetings to clarify technical queries, address concerns, and ensure the proposed solution aligns with the client's specifications and business objectives.Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, energy management) to effectively position our solutions.Required Qualifications & Skills·       Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering.·       Experience: [0] - [3] years of experience in BMS design, sales engineering, and technical office.·       BMS Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of BMS architecture, control theory, and field devices (sensors, actuators, controllers).·       Protocols: In-depth knowledge of industry communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks).·       Software Proficiency: Experience with design tools like AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Office suite.·       Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
