Do you want to work with a builder who embraces innovation, excellence, and personal growth?At Abode New Homes, we've been setting the standard in the NT for over 25 years — and now we're looking for a Building Supervisor ready to grow with us.🏗️ What You'll Be DoingAs our new Building Supervisor, you'll take the lead on delivering high-quality project homes across the Darwin region. You'll:Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades assistants across 10–15 home buildsMaintain high standards of safety, quality, and scheduling on-siteUse provided tools (vehicle, laptop/tablet, software) to track progress and communicate effectively and keep great quality controlLiaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery and installationManage construction timelines — especially during Darwin's wet seasonReport directly to the General Manager and work closely with a high-performing team📋 What You'll BringYou don't just build homes — you build trust.
