Buisness Developer

We are looking for a Business Developer specialized in the digital marketing field, with a strong focus on sales. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching services, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will work closely with the marketing and creative team to align client needs with our service capabilities. This role is 100% commission-based, suitable for someone who is confident in their ability to generate business and earn based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and identify new business opportunities across relevant industries.Conduct outreach via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and in-person meetings.Present and pitch digital marketing services (Social Media Management, Paid Ads, Content Creation, etc.).Understand client requirements and propose suitable service packages.Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contract terms to close deals.Maintain a structured pipeline and CRM follow-up process.Coordinate with operations/creative teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.QualificationsPrevious experience in business development or sales, preferably in marketing/agency environment.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify client needs and translate them into service solutions.Comfortable with direct outreach and handling objections.Organized and consistent with follow-ups and pipeline tracking.Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).Nice to HaveExisting client network in UAE (clinics, F&B, real estate, salons, etc.).Understanding of basic digital marketing terms and services.
