Role Description The Bulgarian Speaking Patient Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing patient interactions and appointments for Bulgarian-speaking patients. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, guiding patients about our medical services, and supporting the patient experience from arrival through service completion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bakirkoy, Istanbul. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties is essential.Experience in Appointment Scheduling with attention to detail and time management.Strong Communication skills in both Bulgarian and Turkish.ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus.
