AURA SMILE STUDIO – Join Our Growing Team!As one of Antalya’s leading aesthetic dental clinics, Aura Smile Studio is looking for a dynamic, professional, and confident International Patient Coordinator to help us provide world-class care and support to our international guests.QUALIFICATIONSExcellent command of English (fluent speaking and writing skills are essential).Previous experience in health tourism, hospitals, or clinics in patient relations is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, friendly and patient-focused attitude.Empathetic, organised, and solution-oriented, with a positive energy and professional presence.Able to manage scheduling, planning, and follow-up efficiently.Comfortable using MS Office and online communication tools.Residing in or willing to relocate to Antalya.JOB DESCRIPTIONWelcome and assist international patients (mainly from the UK) throughout their treatment journey.Coordinate communication between patients and doctors to ensure a smooth process.Manage treatment planning, appointments, and follow-up.Provide clear information, reassurance, and support before and after treatment.Maintain patient satisfaction through proactive communication and care.Keep accurate patient records and prepare regular reports.If you’re excited to work in a global, fast-growing environment and be part of a warm, supportive team, we’d love to meet you! ✨
