DescriptionPrepare and issue invoices based upon information provided by the HR and Payroll teamUpdate yacht Accounts Receivable ledgersAssist in the preparation of monthly and annual management accountsPrepare and post accruals and prepaymentsProcess receipts in accordance with our Compliance procedureDaily bank reconciliationsRegular interaction with HR and PayrollLiaising directly with Senior colleagues and an international teamInput and support the budgeting processAssisting HR and Payroll with accounting requirementsConsistently apply Burgess accounting best practiceAd hoc reportingSkillsAt least 2-3 years’ experience within a finance functionAAT / ACA / CIMA or USA part qualified or equivalent is desirableExperience of taking accounts up to trial balance, posting prepayments and accrualsPrevious use of Sage X3 highly desirableAbility to prioritise, work independently and under pressureExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business*Only candidates with legal status to work in Guernsey can be considered.
