Duties And ResponsibilitiesTraining and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for agent care officers to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the company's strategic goalsCollaborate with training teams to continuously evaluate sales agent training needs, address skill gaps, ensure adherence to SOPs, and monitor performance to maintain compliance and operational effectivenessOperations Management:
Oversee and manage all aspects of agent care officers' operations, including effective team managementOversee recruitment, training, and onboarding of sales agents & ACT officersEnsure correct agent mapping and zoning based on approved criteria and SOMConfirm and verify field team commission payments and ensure timely paymentAddress field challenges and support agents in improving performanceBudget Requirements: Manage the agent care team's budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize performance and meet business demandsBusiness Development: Work closely with management to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and agent satisfactionReporting:
Provide feedback to senior management on initiatives derived from sales agents' feedbackEscalation management: Oversee and manage escalations from sales agents regarding performance-impacting issuesProactively identify root causes and implement strategic improvements to prevent future issuesFeedback and Escalation Management: Gather feedback from sales agents and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-makingSkills And ExperienceEssential: 4+ years of Agent management/ Agent support with medium-level management experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector or clean cookingBachelor’s Degree from University Solid understanding of performance metrics, data analysis, and reportingExperience in business development, sales strategy, or process optimization.
