We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.About Product:FinteqhubА PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platformLearn morePurpose of the role:You will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships for FinteqHub’s payment gateway, ensuring seamless post-integration support, data-driven insights, and strategic guidance that drive client success and business expansion.Key responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.Assist clients in the after integration period Analyze payment data and transaction trends to optimize strategies and enhance client revenue streams.Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement and expansion.
